Chicken Alfredo bake
INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta 
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded 
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade) 
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish) 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. 
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced or shredded chicken breast, and Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until everything is well coated. 
- Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. 
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta mixture. 
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown. 
- Once baked, remove the Chicken Alfredo Bake from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
