Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- 150g green grapes (5 oz)
- 200g vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 apple, cored and chopped
- 50g fresh spinach leaves (2 oz)
Preparation
- Place the banana, grapes, yogurt and apple into a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth.
