ITALIAN HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can cannellini beans 
- 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes 
- 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil 
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
- 1 ¼ teaspoons dried oregano 
PREPARATION
- Blend ingredients together and serve with vegetables or bread! Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garnish with sundried tomatoes, if desired.
